What You Will DoAs Food & Beverage Supervisor – Bar Sofia, you will support the Bar Manager in the daily operation of the outlet, ensuring exceptional service standards, team engagement, and memorable guest experiences.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a positive, professional, and service‑oriented attitude at all times
- Organize and conduct pre‑shift briefings and departmental meetings,



clearly communicating operational updates and service expectations
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring consistent service quality and brand standards
- Monitor product quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction, taking immediate action when needed
- Drive team engagement, motivation, and performance through coaching and feedback
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, onboarding, and development
- Coordinate and support special events, promotions, and high‑profile functions within the bar and hotel
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience

QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within Food & Beverage or hospitality
