In order to do so, Sateliot is launching a constellation of last generation nanosatellites, located at low altitude that act as mobile towers. Sateliot is the perfect complement for large telecommunications companies by providing them with the necessary infrastructure where terrestrial technologies do not arrive.

YOUR MISSION
Working directly under the guidance of our Senior IT Program Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the planning, execution, and tracking of our development and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and possesses excellent coordination skills.

YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS

- Project Coordination & Support:



Assist the Senior IT Program Manager in coordinating tasks, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth communication between the Infrastructure & Software Engineering team and the projects stakeholders.
- Backlog Administration: Help maintain and update the IT project backlog in tools like Jira, ensuring tasks are clearly documented and ticket statuses are current.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor project timelines and milestones, update project tracking tools (Jira, Wrike, etc.), and elevate potential delays or issues to the Senior IT Program Manager.
- Reporting & Documentation: Assist in preparing regular status reports and updates for stakeholders. Help develop and maintain project documentation and dashboards.
- Meeting Facilitation: Help organize project meetings, take clear notes, and track action items to ensure follow-through.
