Role Overview
The IT Business Analyst supports digital product initiatives across the domains of Datahub & Search, Way2Go, Repair & Maintenance, and Leadgen.

This role operates at the intersection of business analysis, digital product development, and data management within an international Digital landscape. The IT Business Analyst works closely with Product Owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders across Europe to ensure that business needs are translated into structured,



actionable requirements aligned with system architecture and data models.

As the mid-level Business Analyst, the role focuses strongly on analysis, investigations, requirement definition, and functional specification, acting as a key link between business and IT.

Core Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering

- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for digital products and data solutions.
- Translate business needs into structured functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform impact analysis across systems, integrations, and data flows.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend digital solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define optimized digital workflows.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and IT architecture.
