The Opportunity
An established superyacht finishing specialist is expanding its presence in Spain and is looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of major paint refit and repair projects.
The company has operated within the superyacht market for approximately 20 years and is now entering a significant growth phase, developing new regional operations and securing projects directly with leading yachts, shipyards and owner representatives.
The successful candidate will initially support the Senior Project Manager on large superyacht projects in Spain, with the opportunity to take increasing ownership of projects as the Spanish operation develops.
This is a site-based role for a proactive Project Manager who can bring structure, pace and accountability to complex refit programmes.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage the planning and delivery of superyacht paint refit and repair projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, labour, subcontractors, materials and equipment.
- Monitor progress against agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Keep projects moving by identifying delays, risks and operational issues early.
- Liaise with captains, owners' representatives, shipyard project managers, paint manufacturers and subcontractors.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate on-site teams, maintaining productivity and accountability.
- Manage project variations, reporting and commercial documentation.
- Monitor environmental and application conditions in line with manufacturer requirements.
- Support quality-control inspections, snagging and final project sign-off.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management.
- Travel to other European project locations when required.
