We are looking for an Event Manager to join our Event Team and lead the end-to-end delivery of F2F, hybrid and virtual B2B events worldwide for outstanding clients such as Hewlett Packard (HP), ensuring seamless planning, coordination and execution.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive person to develop their career in integral event management.
About the role:

- Dedication: Full-time
- Work model: Hybrid (3 days / week of remote work and 2 from the office)
- Project’s Lenght: Temporary project (1 year estimated, with possibility to become a permanent role).
Reporting to our Event Team Lead and Event Director, and working closely with the internal and client teams, some of your main responsibilities will be:

- Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of assigned events, from planning to execution and post-event evaluation
- Identify, evaluate and onboard new (sustainable) suppliers for different event needs
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event delivery
- Oversee event budgets, reporting and performance tracking
- Prepare key documentation, timelines and operational plans for each evento
- Lead onsite event delivery for a number of events across EMEA
- Maintain regular client communication (meetings, follow-up calls and reporting)
- Propose innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance event experiences
