Role OverviewWhat about the team? You will be responsible for designing efficient, scalable, and user-centred experiences across both internal platforms and customer-facing web products, with a strong focus on tools used by operational and business teams. This role is key to improving complex workflows, productivity,



and system usability, helping teams work more effectively through better design.
You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to turn operational needs into intuitive and high-impact solutions. Experience working with design systems, strong attention to detail, and a solid technical understanding will be key to ensuring seamless collaboration with development teams.
