As Director New Business Iberia, you will lead our business across Spain and Portugal. Reporting to the Regional Director New Business, you will be responsible for an organization of approximately 23 professionals across Sales, Realization, Solution Sales, Inside Sales and Marketing Communications.
This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to accelerate profitable growth, shape a high-performing organization and foster a modern, collaborative culture.
Tasks





Lead the New Business organization across Spain and Portugal with full responsibility for business performance and profitability.
Develop and execute the commercial strategy in line with the regional growth ambitions.
Create an engaging, high‑performing environment by coaching, developing and empowering your leadership team and employees.
Drive operational excellence across both Sales and Realization, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and customer expectations are consistently met.
Champion a structured, consultative sales approach, leveraging Salesforce CRM and the Miller Heiman sales methodology.
Collaborate closely with Life Cycle Services, Finance and other business functions as a key member of the Iberian leadership team.
