About The Team
A boutique, senior-led engineering team delivering renewable energy, battery storage (BESS), green hydrogen, grid infrastructure and environmental service projects across international markets. The team stays lean and high-caliber — no heavy corporate layers — so the people selling the work stay closely connected to the people delivering it.

The Role
This senior Business Development Manager will generate, develop and close commercial opportunities for the company's engineering, technical consultancy and environmental services — both in Spain and across priority international markets. This is a consultative, technical B2B sale, not a transactional one: the role involves selling owner's engineering, technical due diligence, feasibility studies,



grid connection studies and environmental/permitting support to sophisticated clients.

Close coordination with the technical team is expected, shaping proposals that are both commercially competitive and deliverable — with full ownership of the cycle from opening an account through to close and handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities across Spain, Southern Europe, and priority international markets (including LATAM and the Middle East)
- Build relationships with renewable developers, utilities, IPPs, investment funds, EPC contractors and industrial clients undergoing decarbonization
- Sell technical services including owner's engineering, technical due diligence, feasibility studies, grid connection and electrical studies, and environmental/permitting support
- Coordinate proposal development with the technical team, defending scope, price and margin rather than closing through discounts
