You will lead the functional design, data migration, and testing of Oracle HCM (or similar HR platforms), working closely with HR, integration, and project management teams to ensure a consistent, reliable, and business-aligned solution.What we’re looking for8+ years of experience in business analysis within HR systems / HRIS implementations / enterprise platform migrations.Deep expertise in requirements engineering, functional design, data mapping, and interface specification for HR technologies.Strong understanding of HR processes (payroll, talent management, employee data lifecycle, core HR).Experience with Oracle HCM or similar platforms (SuccessFactors, Workday,



etc.).Proven experience in data integration projects: data dictionary definition, legacy-to-target mapping, ETL logic, and exception handling.Solid background in test planning, UAT coordination, and creation of training materials and user documentation.Experience in vendor management and collaboration with technical teams (integration, development).Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Visio or equivalent.Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills with business and technical stakeholders.Fluency in English and Spanish native.Based in Madrid, available for hybrid work.What you will doParticipate in requirements-gathering workshops with HR teams across Europe to define functional and non-functional requirements for Oracle HCM.Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, including process workflows, data mappings, and integration rules
