SUMMARY
The Group International Tax & Structuring role is responsible for leading the Group's international tax strategy, cross-border structuring, and tax governance across all business lines and jurisdictions. The role provides strategic tax advice to management, commercial teams, legal, fund management, fiduciary, capital markets, and corporate services teams, ensuring that client structures and internal operations are commercially effective, tax-efficient, and fully compliant with applicable laws and international tax standards. The position serves as the Group's principal technical expert on international taxation and structuring matters, supporting business development, new product development, acquisitions, geographic expansion, and complex client transactions.
