We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Sustaining Engineer to join our Engineering team in Alcobendas, Madrid. This is a hybrid position, working from our Madrid site four days per week with the option to work from home on Fridays. In this role,



you will support the maintenance, improvement and reliability of our existing products. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will help ensure our products perform reliably, can be manufactured effectively and are supported by accurate technical documentation. You will develop your knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic products and product architecture, including assemblies, components and system interactions. You will also build practical troubleshooting skills by working with our Manufacturing, Quality and Test teams to investigate product and production issues. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you will take on greater technical responsibility and progress towards engineering ownership of selected components, assemblies or product areas.
