As an international company, we are looking for a QA/QC Manager to be based in our Madrid Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards and procedures across our EPC projects, while overseeing quality control activities in our three core business areas: Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and High Voltage (HV)



Infrastructure/Substations. This role will play a key part in ensuring consistent quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across our international project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance with codes, standards, regulations, and QMS requirements.
- Advance quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization.
- Develop and implement the QMS for planning, fabrication, inspection, documentation, and operational activities.
- Plan duties within the QA/QC staff and related work schedules.
- Establish service standards for end users (internal departments or external customers).
- Identify and develop QA/QC personnel certification requirements and continuing education/training needs.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to all QA/QC personnel.
- Take full responsibility for hold-point releases once
