Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional who is passionate about teaching and mentoring undergraduate students, with the opportunity to contribute to research and curriculum development in a growing academic environment. The candidate will join a collaborative team of educators dedicated to fostering excellence in education.

- Contract Type: Full-time, long-term
- Start Date: November-December 2025
- Location: Bilbao, on-site classes at DigiPen campus

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver in-person instruction in undergraduate courses aligned with your expertise.
- Engage in independent or collaborative research in areas such as AI, graphics, computer vision, software engineering, education technology, applied mathematics/physics. Teaching loads may be reduced for those actively pursuing research.
- Support and guide undergraduate students in coursework,



projects, and professional development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of course content and align it with industry trends and academic standards.

Must-have Qualifications:

- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or a related field.
- Proven ability to teach effectively in English.
- Expertise in at least one of the following areas:

- Computer Graphics, simulation software, computer vision, AI, machine learning, game development, or software engineering.
- Skilled in some of the following tools/languages:

- Java, C#, Python (preferred)
- Graphics APIs: OpenGL, Direct3D, Vulkan.
- Unity, Unreal Engine.
- MatLab, LaTex.
- Git, TensorFlow, SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Industry experience in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated ability to secure external research funding.
- Proficiency in Spanish (preferred but not required).
