We are seeking a Strategic Industry Sales Leader to drive growth and strengthen Emerson’s market presence across Sustainability & Decarbonization (S&D;), Data Centers (DC), and Aerospace & Defense (A&D;) in Iberia. Based in Madrid, this is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you will lead strategic business development efforts, engage with senior stakeholders, and uncover new opportunities through frequent, in-person customer interactions. This role is adecuado for a commercially driven professional who excels at building relationships, navigating complex organizations, and translating market insights into sustainable growth. You will play a key role in positioning Emerson as a trusted partner,
supporting customers in advancing energy transition, digitalization, and operational excellence across critical industries. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Drive proactive business development by identifying and securing new opportunities across Iberia, with a strong focus on customers in and around Madrid
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level stakeholders, across customers, EPCs, and industry partners
- Lead strategic sales conversations that align Emerson’s value proposition with customer business goals
- Collaborate across business units to deliver integrated, high-value solutions
- Stay informed on market dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within target industries
- Conduct regular in-person customer visits to strengthen partnerships and uncover growth opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory
