In this dual role at ABB, you will shape and execute regional and global sales strategies to grow market share, revenue, and profitability. You’ll lead regional teams across Europe and the Americas while steering global strategic programs and governance. Expect to drive key account engagement, channel models, and AI-enabled sales enablement to elevate performance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure financial targets and sustainable growth, within a collaborative, growth‑minded culture.

• Define and execute regional sales strategies to grow market share, revenue, and profitability across Europe and the Americas
• Set regional sales targets, track performance, and drive corrective actions
• Lead Regional Sales Managers in EU and Americas; own business performance (LSUs) including order intake, revenue, and margin
• Collaborate with Hub Manager and Sales Controller to deliver financial targets
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and capability building within the regional sales organization
• Optimize regional sales channels and partner with the Sales Enablement Team to improve processes, tools, and productivity
• Develop and communicate a global sales strategy aligned with divisional, business line, and regional goals
• Represent sales in the global division management team and Business Area Sales council; act as voice of the customer in strategic and leadership discussions
• Lead global market intelligence, competitive analysis, and strategic decision-making
• Define and execute a global key account strategy with a focus on C-level engagement, growth, and retention
• Establish global direction for channel partner models, go-to-market approaches, and pricing governance
• Oversee global sales risk management, ensuring alignment in mitigation stra
