Project Manager – Mechanical
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager – Mechanical to lead and deliver mechanical engineering packages for mission‑critical data center projects. The adecuado candidate will have strong technical knowledge of HVAC, chilled water systems, CRAC/CRAH units, and mechanical controls, and will be able to manage complex construction and infrastructure deployments from design through commissioning.

- Plan, coordinate,



and manage the mechanical scope of work for data center projects, including HVAC, chillers, piping, ventilation, and BMS interfaces.
- Manage internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and vendors to deliver mechanical systems on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Review mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications; ensure alignment with client requirements, codes, and standards.
- Monitor progress and performance of mechanical contractors, conduct site inspections, and oversee installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Enforce quality control, health and safety compliance, and ensure adherence to local and international mechanical engineering standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).
- Manage cost tracking, budgeting, procurement planning, and change control processes for mechanical components.
- Collaborate with electrical, civil, and controls teams to ensure integrated system delivery.
- Maintain project documentation
