The Role
This role sits at the heart of Operations at Fever, driving efficiency,
scalability and excellence across our experiences. You will lead strategic, cross‑functional projects while coordinating a team in Madrid, ensuring strong operational execution and alignment with business objectives. Given Fever’s growing global retail activity, you will focus heavily on merchandising operations — overseeing the full lifecycle from planning and forecasting to logistics, inventory management and sales performance. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Marketing, Finance and Onsite teams, gaining a 360° view of how our events operate and shaping the way merchandising supports their success.
