Job DescriptionResponsible for designing and running quality assurance and compliance programs across the sales operations to ensure process adherence, accurate data, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. The role combines audit planning, data analysis,



controls testing, training, remediation and cross-functional coordination to reduce risk and improve overall efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a risk-based audit program covering Sales Operations CRM usage, approvals, contracts, quoting and billing (CPQ), licensing and data integrity.
- Execute periodic audits (sampling, full-scope where required), document findings and quantify business impact.
- Monitor and report compliance metrics and control effectiveness to Sales Ops leadership and stakeholders; track remediation progress.
- Perform root‑cause analysis on recurring issues and partner with sales, legal, finance, and product teams to design, pilot and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Validate accuracy of key sales data (ACV bookings, Renewals) and ensure adherence to data governance standards.
