In this role, you will join our Bystronic Software team. With our software solutions, developed specifically for the sheet metal processing industry, we enable companies to digitize their entire processes - from the initial quote to the final delivery.
We are looking for a Data Scientist passionate about data, advanced analytics and turning information into strategic decisions. You will work closely with product,
engineering and business teams to develop data-driven solutions that create real impact.
What you will be doing

- Analyze large volumes of data to identify patterns, trends and opportunities.
- Design, develop and maintain predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
- Clean, transform and validate data from multiple sources.
- Create dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define metrics and KPIs.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Automate analytical processes and data pipelines.
- Explore new techniques and tools related to AI and data science.
Your education & experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Data Science, advanced analytics or similar roles.
