Happy customers and happy users are the foundation for our continued growth. As a CRM Project Manager, you play a central role in the further development of our business applications.
In this role, you will lead and manage end-to-end projects—from requirements analysis to the successful implementation of innovative,



value-driven solutions. You will work closely with clients, developers, and other consultants to drive digitalization and process efficiency through technology. You will join an amazing team of strong-performing thinkers and skilled developers, collaborating with colleagues based in Barcelona and Switzerland.
What your day will look like
- You will lead exciting projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget alignment.
- Analyze client needs and design tailored solutions using CRM technologies.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and present progress to decision-makers at all levels.
- Collaborate with your team to implement robust, scalable solutions across Microsoft environments.
- Contribute to long-term client relationships and support change management and user adoption.
- Advise clients on best practices and innovation opportunities within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM eco
