In this role you bridge business and development teams to translate needs into actionable requirements. You will work in agile cross-functional squads to design and deliver IT solutions that support Allianz's digital transformation. You elicit, analyze, document and validate functional and non-functional requirements throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring traceability. You collaborate with product owners, architects and testers, model processes, and support implementation and testing to deliver value.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Elicit, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews and stakeholder sessions
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and specifications for development teams
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers and testers in agile cross-functional teams
• Model business processes and system behavior using UML, BPMN or similar notations
• Validate and prioritize requirements with stakeholders, ensuring traceability throughout the product lifecycle
• Support the development team during implementation and clarify requirements during sprints
• Contribute to test case definition and user acceptance testing to ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations
Responsabilidades
• Solid knowledge of requirements engineering techniques (elicitation, analysis, specification, validation)
• 2-3 years of professional experience as a Requirements Engineer or Business Analyst, ideally in IT or financial services
• Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and with Jira and Confluence xqbhyrx
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with ability to structure complex problems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent English; German a plus
