Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Performance Manager to help us build the best Liveops and Monetization strategy in the game.
Responsibilities

- Create the Live-ops vision and roadmap, develop and execute daily/weekly promotional plans that includes campaign design, creative development of all communication channels, operational launch of the campaign, QA at launch, monitoring and analyzing its results and reacting accordingly.
- Analyze current monetization strategy including pricing, segmentation, what value we give to users and define the right strategy for the game
- Frame hypotheses, design A/B tests and translate insights into high-impact product decisions, going from idea to live experiments
- Monitor and analyze key metrics (average revenue per user, conversion, funnel, churn)
to drive continuous improvement
- Develop best practices to drive operational excellence in a live-ops team.
- Coordinate with features team to ensure live-ops needs are communicated and planned while new features are being developed
What We’re Looking For

- Proven track record of working as a Liveops Manager in a game with a strong liveops cadence
- Worked in a volatile and fast-paced environment and not afraid to adapt to changes
- Good communication skills and experience aligning with stakeholders
