In this role you will lead data-driven performance marketing initiatives for regional markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities, measure results, and optimize campaigns. You will own 360-degree projects and drive growth through acquisition, activation, and re-engagement via app campaigns and programmatic channels. The role blends hands-on execution with strategic analytics to push performance and share best practices across the team. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values impact, experimentation, and scalable measurement.

• Lead the development and optimization of high-impact campaigns for a specified region (Africa, EE, Balkans, or SWE).
• Specialize in acquisition, activation, reactivation, and re-engagement through App Campaigns (UAC) and programmatic channels.




• Apply a data-driven approach to daily operations and tackle performance challenges to exceed goals.
• Collaborate with marketers and analysts across Performance Marketing channels (Paid Social, SEM, ASA, programmatic) to maximize impact.
• Own performance targets and consistently deliver on key metrics to drive growth.
• Share insights and best practices to elevate team performance within the region.
• Lead ongoing optimization via A/B testing and performance analysis to maximize efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with design, local marketing teams, BI, and Martech to craft winning strategies.

Responsabilidades
• 3-5+ years in performance marketing with strong focus on Google App Campaigns (preferably UAC) and programmatic advertising.
• Proven ability to scale campaigns, optimize acquisition funnels, and maximize ROAS.
• Deep understanding of digital measurement, attribution models, incrementality testing, and performance optimization.
