The primary responsibility of this role is to perform various tasks related to the publishing or the assessment and enhancement of the quality of the content available in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue, by using advanced knowledge in the Portuguese language. The day to day job requires the individual to make quality-focused decisions by following a standard operating procedure.
Please note that this is a Madrid office-based role.
Key job responsibilities
- You will apply knowledge of Portuguese language and execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
- You will manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks.
- You will create or fix media assets such as subtitle, audio, metadata or artwork with high quality.
