In this role, you will leverage your deep knowledge of IT infrastructure’s impact on Roche’s business to make critical technical decisions with considerable independence. As a leader, you will proactively influence technology strategy, mentor general teams, and ensure that all technical designs and deliveries align with long‑term organizational objectives and regulatory standards.

- Leads the end‑to‑end design of infrastructure solutions, maintains related component standards, and provides internal escalation support to resolve major incidents proactively.
- Communicates complex information and potential solutions across the organization, including to the most senior levels of the business, in non‑technical terms.
- Leads as a consultant to senior managers on technology strategy, policies, and objectives, while managing relationships with line‑of‑business stakeholders.
