We are looking for a talented and driven Experience Designer to join our team, working on a variety of exciting, international projects for a global brand. This role will help create and produce engaging digital and print assets, including learning and development materials, event collateral and videos, PowerPoint presentations and production logistics. If you’re passionate about graphic design, innovation, and thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment, we want to hear from you.

Job Requirements

- 5 years of professional graphic design experience,



particularly with international projects, learning materials, and event collateral.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD and After Effects) and PowerPoint. Good experience of using Figma.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing work across digital, print, and event‑related design formats.
- Experience in designing e‑learning modules, gamified learning experiences, or other interactive digital content is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). German, French or Italian proficiency is desired but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and project management capabilities.
- Understanding of general design trends and the ability to work in cross‑cultural environments.
