Industrialization Engineer in Madrid (Getafe)
This is a permanent role. Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialization engineering expertise in a cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates in a multidisciplinary position.
Your future role
You’ll collaborate in creating the industrial processes of the company. Day to day you’ll work closely with teams across the business (production and product development), optimize production areas and workflows, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of the specification of assembly tools and testing equipment, and define work stations and trolleys.
Key Responsibilities

- Analyse design proposal viability for workshop production and preparation of production lines.
- Define manufacturability: assembly process, assembly hours and standard solutions.
- Optimize production area and workflow.
- Define working stations and trolleys.
- Create working instructions and control forms for production department in respect of EHS policy.
- Specify the tools needed for production, assembly and testing.
- Manage special process application, management and training.
- Participate on change and configuration follow‑up with project, engineering, sourcing, logistics and production areas.
All About You

- University Degree in Engineering.
- Experience: 3–5 years in similar positions.
- English level: B2.
- Experience working with CAD – Inventor and SAP.
