The RoleWe’re looking for a Creative Strategist / Creative Producer to own creative thinking for paid advertising and turn strategy into clear, executable production tasks. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, ideation, and production. You won’t just define what to test — you’ll define how it gets made, by creators, editors, and designers. You’ll work closely with media buyers and production partners to build a repeatable, performance-driven creative system across channels like Meta and TikTok.
