We are looking for candidate for a Customer Service & Quotes Representative role to be part of our dynamic team, helping deliver top-quality customer service while managing critical pricing and order processes. The candidate shall be based in Spain working 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in our office and 2 days homeworking (Monday and Friday).

HOW YOU'LL HELP US CONNECT THE WORLD:
As a Customer Service & Quotes Representative at CommScope, you will take ownership of customer inquiries,



manage the end-to-end order process, and handle project-specific pricing strategies to ensure smooth operations and profitability. You will collaborate with both internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Management, Customer Service, Finance) and external business partners to ensure that orders are processed accurately, timely, and aligned with company financial targets. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a deep understanding of pricing and order management.

You will handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email quickly and accurately. Enter and manage purchase orders in the ERP system, resolving any issues and overseeing the entire order process. Stay updated on products and market trends through training and meetings. Approve project pricing requests, manage discounts, and ensure financial targets are met.
