About the job:
For our growing division Automotive in Azuqueca de Henares (Spain) at the earliest possible date we are looking for a: Maintenance Supervisor
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager your mission will be to organize and control area Maintenance, both corrective and preventive, of the facilities to achieve optimal machine availability, avoiding downtime and its costs in hours and materials. Establish the action plan for area Maintenance, including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. Optimize the operation of machines to reduce breakdowns and downtime. Prepare and propose projects and studies for the conditioning and improvement of the facilities. Ensure the safety and health of workers and assist in complying with environmental regulations.
What will your daily responsibilities include in this role?
- Prepares and schedules action plans for the repair of breakdowns. - Assists in detecting breakdowns when required.
- Prepares documentation and spare parts for possible maintenance actions.
