The main responsibilities of the role are to:
- Hands‑On Solution Support:



Work closely with Solution Architects to translate predefined architectures into detailed technical specifications and client‑ready proposals for Designers.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare design documents, system diagrams, and compliance materials that reflect the architect’s solution blueprint.
- Training & Enablement: Deliver workshops and technical sessions to internal teams and external partners to explain solution details.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, R&D;, and service engineers to validate feasibility and ensure smooth handover from design to delivery.
- Customer & Consultant Engagement: Support sales teams and design firms with technical presentations, demonstrations, and responses to RFPs.
- Specification Alignment: Ensure Ecolab/Nalco Water solutions are accurately represented in consultant specifications and bid documents.
