We are looking for a Quality Supervisor who will ensure that all quality activities, customer requirements, and plant‑level quality systems are executed effectively and continuously improved.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Assist the Quality Manager in overall local staff management,



including Local employee recruitment, training, work arrangement and KPI assessment.
- Formulate and carry out training plans for local employees to ensure they can work independently upon completion of probation. Especially on suggesting how to ensure local employee understood work direction and work well.
- Establish standardized working procedures and team rules to ensure efficient team operation.
- Plan all on-site quality activities and complete rapid localized implementation.
- Lead the analysis and resolution of major on-site quality issues and summarize experience for reference.
- Directly handling customer complaints, customer audit and other customer special requirements.
- Promote ongoing quality system building and continuous quality improvement.
- Need to take charge of module plant area quality management commencing at some point in the future
