Director - Senior & Executive Recruitment EMEAOur client, a leading provider of high-quality accounting and administrative services to investment funds, is seeking an outstanding candidate for the role of Junior or Entry Level Fund Accountant to join their team in Valencia, Spain. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to kickstart their career in the dynamic world of fund administration.
As a Junior Fund Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the net asset value (NAV) production process for the client's private equity fund portfolio, working closely with senior fund accountants and management based in North America. This is an in-office role at our client's offices in Valencia, Spain,



offering the chance to contribute to the growth of an entrepreneurial company.
Technical Must Have Skills:
- Strong English Language Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for this role.
- Accounting Knowledge - A good understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and the ability to apply accounting principles is required.
- Familiarity with Closed-Ended Funds - Prior experience working with private equity, private debt, real estate, or venture capital funds is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Solid skills in using Excel for financial analysis and reporting are a must.
- Attention to Detail - The ability to work accurately and meet tight deadlines is crucial in this role.

Technical Nice to Have Skills:
- Fund Accounting Experience - Prior experience in a fund accounting role, even at an entry level, would be highly advantageous.
