Role Overview
The Product Incubation Manager drives new software product ideas through the company’s incubation track, from early ideation to MVP realization.
The role focuses on accelerating innovation by structuring ideas, validating value propositions, and coordinating the development of early product versions.The Product Incubation Manager works closely with industry teams, engineering leads, and the Product Owners responsible for the respective industry portfolios. This collaboration ensures that new ideas are aligned with the existing portfolio and product strategy from the beginning.
Once an incubated product reaches a sufficient level of maturity and market validation, responsibility transitions fully to the Product Owner, who continues product development and scaling within the software product track. The Product Incubation Manager then initiates the incubation of the next product idea.
