Job Title: Expert D&T; - Senior Data Modeler - Finance
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Join us as a Senior Data Modeler to own the design and governance of enterprise data models built on Data Vault 2.0 principles within a Medallion Architecture. Be the authoritative voice on data structure, semantics, and integrity for Finance domain.
Your Key Responsibilities

Own the data model design across the integrated vault layer and business-facing analytical structures, ensuring historical correctness, structural integrity, and fitness for analytical consumption.
Define and govern the modeling approach for each business domain, determining the right structure at each layer based on business and technical requirements.
Deliver precise, implementation-ready model specifications for data engineering teams.
Translate complex business requirements into formal data models, working directly with subject matter experts and product owners to capture domain semantics accurately.




Collaborate with BI and analytics teams to validate that consumption-ready structures effectively meet reporting and analytical requirements.
Define and enforce modeling standards, naming conventions, and metadata documentation practices, maintaining a living catalog of enterprise data models.
