- As a Partner Success Manager focused on Consulting and Services Partners, you’ll play a key role in accelerating Gong’s go-to-market motion with leading consultancies focused on GTM and Revenue systems
- These partners include Integral System Integrators (GSIs), Regional System Integrators (RSIs), and RevTech speciality organizations
- This role is a combination of creating alliances, building strategy, and executing sales enablement - helping our partners build, position,
and monetize joint offerings that accelerate Gong’s Revenue AI Operating System
- You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Gong’s sales, product, marketing, and enablement teams while engaging directly with partner practitioners and go-to-market leaders
- Your goal will be to expand Gong’s partner mindshare and pipeline impact within these firms by operationalizing and amplifying sourcing opportunities, co-selling engagements, creating co-delivery practices, and co-innovating solutions
- You’ll own operational execution: creating partner enablement programs, supporting go-to-market plays, managing partner communications, and ensuring every partner interaction moves us closer to our shared growth goals
