Key Responsibilities Of The Role
Overall responsibility for all works taking place on site, leading pre-planning meetings between the Mercury & supply chain partner teams to review & understand all aspects of the required deliverables ensuring compliance with requirements.
Work closely with the Project Director/Manager & Commercial Manager as part of the project triumvirate, ensuring all KPI’s are delivered. Attending weekly site walks as a leadership team to discuss & record key project issues & achievements.
Work closely with the client team ensuring a positive relationship is maintained. Promptly action & deliver on our requirements.
Planning of the site set up & logistics through the various delivery stages of the project to ensure adequate facilities, access & conditions are in place prior to tasks to allow safe & controlled execution of the works. Ensure adequate resources are in place, in line with agreed budgets, to maintain the site conditions in line with expectations.
