In this role, you’ll take strong ownership of architecture and delivery while collaborating closely with distributed engineering teams. About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or Related field.
- Experience Building and delivering production‑grade software, with experience in deploying AI‑powered product capabilities
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience working on backend systems using TypeScript, Node.js (Nest.js)
- 5+ years designing and maintaining scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
- 5+ years working with microservices and distributed architecture.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and search technologies like Elasticsearch.
- Hands‑on experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
It would be great if you also have

- Experience working with Java in backend environments
- Experience developing applications with Django
What will you be doing in this role?

- Build and execute Generative and agent‑based AI capabilities, including model integration, feature development, and iterative enhancements.
- Analyze and improve data and retrieval systems that support AI features, with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
