Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
Drive the embedded software development process, including planning, design, implementation, testing, validation, and deployment.




Apply systems engineering best practices, especially during conception, specification, and design phases.
Design, implement, and optimize embedded software solutions for microprocessor-based systems running Linux environments, including PetaLinux.
Contribute to MBSE activities using tools such as Capella and Enterprise Architect.
Ensure proper software version management, quality validation processes, and production of technical documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the space sector.
Proven experience leading and managing software engineering teams.
Strong expertise in C and C++ programming for embedded systems.
Experience with Linux-based embedded environments, especially PetaLinux.
Proficiency in Python programming.
Experience with MBSE and modeling tools such as Capella and Enterprise Architect.
Solid knowledge of systems engineering practices applied to space program
