We are seeking a highly technical Project Manager / Project Engineer with a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and proven experience in industrial assembly, installation and relocation projects.

This role is ideal for a customer-facing professional from the automotive, manufacturing or heavy industry sectors, who combines strong technical expertise with negotiation skills and a hands‑on approach to project execution.

The position requires frequent travel across Spain and occasional interaction with international customers and project teams.

Main responsibilities

- Manage industrial assembly, installation and relocation projects from planning phase to execution and commissioning.




- Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors and suppliers across different locations in Spain.
- Act as the main point of contact for external customers during project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to quality and safety standards.
- Manage project costs, resources, schedules, risks and targets.
- Lead technical discussions with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Support tendering, supplier selection, quotations and contract negotiations.
- Identify technical issues on site and coordinate practical solutions.
- Ensure clear communication between customers, site teams and internal departments.

Requirements

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar technical field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial projects.
