Finance Systems Support Specialist (SaaS)We're particularly interested in candidates who have experience supporting Finance, FP&A; or other Finance Technology solutions. Whilst direct experience with financial software isn't essential, an understanding of finance systems, business processes or working with finance users will allow you to hit the ground running.

Working within a fast-paced SaaS environment, you'll be the first point of contact for customer queries, investigating technical issues, troubleshooting platform challenges and delivering an exceptional support experience. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Consulting and Customer Success teams to ensure customers receive timely, effective solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3-5 years' experience within enterprise SaaS support who enjoys solving problems,
working with customers and developing deep product expertise within a high-growth technology business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to enterprise customers via email, ticketing systems and virtual meetings.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex technical issues to Product and Engineering teams where required.
- Work closely with Consulting and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer issues, resolutions and known problems.
- Monitor support cases to ensure service levels and response times are achieved.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute ideas to improve product performance and customer experience.
- Build strong product knowledge to become a trusted technical advisor for customers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes as the business continues to scale.
