About the role
Compensation & Benefits Specialist, Barcelona, Spain.
Responsibilities

- Uses the Technip Energies’ Grading System to ensure alignment of Compensation and Benefits schemes across entities.
- Prepares and analyzes HR budget support documentation (headcount and personnel cost evolution).
- Monitors application of yearly salary increase policy, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Analyzes information related to HR budget expenses for each unit.
- Monitors manpower and workforce evolution in each department and reports deviations to management, suggesting actions.
- Prepares statistical reports on turnover, demographics and other staff information.
- Participates in designing,
developing and implementing rewards and benefits policies at local and regional level.
- Benchmarks compensation and benefits processes of other companies.
- Ensures data integrity in HR systems.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Financial and budgeting skills.
- Planning, organizing and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of local taxation.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (minimum B2); French fluency is a plus.
