Avis Budget Group is looking for a Paid Search Specialist to support the execution and day-to-day management of PPC campaigns for North America.

Based in Barcelona, you will work across the US and Canada, spanning multiple lines of business including Car Rental, Truck Rental, and Small Business.Reporting into the Paid Search Team Leader, you will be responsible for hands-on campaign implementation, optimization, and performance reporting.

You will play a key role in ensuring campaigns run efficiently and deliver measurable results, while contributing to broader paid search initiatives across the NAM region.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and manage day-to-day PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for the US and Canadian markets.Implement campaign changes including ad copy updates, keyword additions and exclusions, bid adjustments, and extension management.Conduct regular Search Query Report (SQR)



analysis to identify negative keywords and new search term opportunities.Monitor campaign performance daily, flagging anomalies and escalating issues to the Senior Paid Search Specialist.Build and maintain performance reports, translating data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.Support A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters, documenting results and recommendations.Assist with audience management, including remarketing lists and audience segmentation across campaigns.Support the implementation of GDN, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns as directed.Assist with budget tracking and pacing, flagging overspend or under pacing risks in a timely manner.Stay up to date with platform changes, new features, and paid search best practices.What We Are Looking For2+ years of hands-on experience in paid search, managing campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.Working knowledge of SA360 (Search Ads 360) for campaign man
