Role Overview
As a Regional Services Engineer,
you will act as a full lifecycle technical consultant and subject matter expert, supporting local Services Engineers across the region. You will provide technical leadership, support strategic customer engagements, and help scale professional services capabilities across the organization. This role reports to the Global Services Director.
Responsibilities

- Support local Services Engineers on strategic opportunities and customer engagements.
- Provide advanced pre‑sales and post‑sales technical expertise.
- Lead workshops, demonstrations, assessments and proof‑of‑concept activities.
- Support large‑scale implementations and customer transformation initiatives.
- Develop reusable technical assets, methodologies and best practices, and act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.
