As part of a general Customer Experience organization, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing knowledge base content that supports customers, support teams, and AI-powered assistants.

You will help drive content quality initiatives, support knowledge base migrations, improve information architecture, and ensure content is optimized for modern AI-driven support experiences.

Your day-to-day
