As our WordPress Developer, you’ll be the driving force behind our digital presence. Your mission will be to build, maintain, and optimise our WordPress-based websites and digital assets. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Design, your work will ensure seamless, scalable, and high-performance user experiences that support JOIN’s growth. From translating Figma mockups into templates to building custom plugins and integrating APIs,



you’ll directly impact how users discover and interact with JOIN.
What you’ll be doing
Your work will directly shape JOIN’s online brand and growth engine. Here’s what that looks like:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Translate Figma mockups into functional, responsive WordPress templates.
- Optimise website performance, security, and scalability (Core Web Vitals, caching, SEO).
- Integrate APIs and third-party services into WordPress.
- Manage WordPress updates, patches, and troubleshoot issues.
- Support the marketing team with landing pages, A/B testing, and campaign optimisations.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Document technical processes and share best practices with the wider team.
