As a ServiceNow Solution Designer / Developer at HCLTech, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing ServiceNow solutions for our global clients. This position blends business analysis, consulting, solution architecture, and hands-on development, with a primary focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), Security Operations (SecOps), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Asset Management. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow implementations that drive operational excellence and business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze new business requests and enhancement requirements related to ServiceNow.




- Conduct requirements engineering in close partnership with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Evaluate, challenge, and optimize existing business processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a consultant and trusted advisor, guiding customers on ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities.
- Design robust ServiceNow solutions adhering to platform standards and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with solution architects and internal designers to ensure cohesive and scalable solution delivery.
- Develop detailed user stories and technical specifications to guide development efforts.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
- Lead technical implementation, including platform development, configuration, and administration.
- Drive continuous improvement across ITSM, SecOps, CMDB, and Asset Management modules.
