In this role, you will support the team in creating best-in-class, innovative CRM marketing campaigns. You will own and produce compelling, engaging communications (email and mobile), andoptimizethe entire customer lifecycle — prospecting, nurturing, and re-engaging customers.

What You’ll Do:
- Support the Spanish eCommerce team, by building and scheduling CRM campaigns that drive user engagement, conversions, and repeat purchases.
- Build effective, automated lifecycle campaigns across markets, including retargeting, cross-selling, and reactivation initiatives.
- Deliver highly personalized and innovative communications that reach target audiences with the right message at the right time.
