What you will do
The role’s key responsibilities and tasks include:
Employee upskilling & scalable enablement

Needs Assessment: collaborate with business leaders to identify specific AI skill gaps and learning needs.
Training Program Design and Delivery: develop engaging and effective training curricula, workshops, and learning materials focused on practical AI applications. This includes topics such as machine learning fundamentals, deep learning concepts, responsible AI practices, LLMs and Agentic frameworks, etc. Facilitate both in‑person and virtual training sessions, adapting to suit the needs of experienced technical audiences.
Scalable Frameworks: design playbooks and scorecards that allow business units to independently identify, evaluate, and prioritize high‑impact AI opportunities.
Staying Current: stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning,
