Your MissionAs Assistant Technical Services Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our hotel operates flawlessly. Working closely with the Technical Services Manager, you will help ensure the proper maintenance of all facilities, support the day-to-day technical operation, and guarantee that every corner of The Standard Ibiza meets the highest standards of quality,



safety, and guest experience.
We are looking for a solution-oriented, organized professional with a passion for hotel maintenance, capable of combining technical expertise, operational leadership, and a genuine attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the hotel's physical infrastructure, including equipment, HVAC and refrigeration systems, swimming pools, plumbing, water treatment, and electrical systems.
- Help ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and facility safety standards.
- Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance work orders, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.
- Oversee guest rooms, public areas, and restaurants to ensure they remain in excellent condition.
- Support the Technical Services Manager in developing and implementing the hotel's preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans.
